Best place to buy wine, beer or booze in Louisville. Clean, well illuminated , it does not feel like a liquor store. Knowable wine mongers all day to help you, attentive and friendly staff.
I've spent well over $1,000 here in the past 2 years. However after my last visit several months ago, I was purchasing over $100 of beer, and after checkout wanted an empty wine box. I was told they are for wine purchases only. I argued that I am a paying customer (the bulk of my business is from purchasing wine). She told me I can have an empty beer box, but I can't have an empty wine box. Somehow wine boxes are worth more than business. I've not been back since and won't be. Plenty of other places that have let me have empty wine boxes. They'll get my money instead.

Seriously it's like they have everything here and the prices are seriously the lowest I've seen so far living in Louisville. They also have a points back membership program that is definitely needed if you come regularly
Good prices. The best is their Sunday wine offers but you have to go early, limited amounts available.

Pretty decent selection of wine and friendly employees (even at 5:30 on a Friday). It has an interesting atmosphere...a mix between chain store and singular wine shop. I didn't find the specific type of wine I was desiring, but found something else that I was pleased with. I wouldn't be surprised if I had asked, they would've ordered the wine for me.
My gf went to this store for a bottle of vodka. Great prices, great selection, and great service. But... Some monster she ran into in there, whom also had a young child, suggested getting sun chips for my toddler son (16 months and 2 days). She said her doctor recommended cheddar sun chips for the whole grain and fiber nutrition. That being said, my son absolutely loved them. BUT!!!! He choked on the chips 2:1. 4 chips, choked 8 times. So... To the monster she met there, you're either a liar or just a monster who wants to see little kids choke. We are still feeding him the chips, but watching him very carefully. You better the hope he is getting the whole grains and fiber you "said" the doctor recommended.
